Executive Education (For Senior Leaders)

 

Kotter International helps senior leaders transform their organizations to go forward faster using The 8-Step Process for Leading Change. Through our Executive Education programs, senior leaders will learn how to use The 8-Step Process to bring about a new culture in their organizations. The session considers the perspectives and challenges of senior leaders and explores their role as senior leaders of strategic change. In addition, this session delivers the “how” of The 8-Step Process for Leading Change and its application within their organizations.  

 

At the end of the session, leaders will understand how the 8-Step Process for Leading Change can help them engage the hearts and minds of their employees to achieve strategic goals faster – which in turn will lead to improved financial results and a culture of high performance. They will learn how to avoid being part of the 70% of large-scale change initiatives that fail. Ultimately, senior leaders will understand how they can help their organizations move forward faster to create an innovative and adaptive culture that yields a long-term competitive advantage.

 

This Executive Education program begins with a 2-day in-person class to learn basic change leadership concepts. This experience is followed by short, supplementary sessions conducted electronically with small groups of senior leaders. This active-learning approach allows senior executives to learn from each other as well as from our professionals as they apply the concepts they have learned within their own organizations.

 

Applied Learning Options


Kotter International offers the following options for applying the concepts learned after the initial 2-day class.

 

  • Follow-on classes of up to five (5) people – Kotter International’s facilitators conduct follow-on classes to help leaders understand how to apply The 8-Step Process for Leading Change. These classes can be conducted either live or electronically with a virtual-live instructor/facilitator.
  • One-on-one coaching - Kotter International’s facilitators can provide one-on-one coaching, either live or electronically, with senior leaders to help them further understand how to apply The 8-Step Process for Leading Change.
