Our executive education programs for senior leaders are designed to develop their skills at leading the company through strategic changes that impact the top and bottom lines.  Organizational executive education is typically a part of our large-scale change engagements, the "walk alongside" advisory relationships we develop with organizations going through company-wide transformation.

 

Change Leadership Sessions (For Mid-Level Managers)


For mid-level managers and functional leaders, we provide a program that helps them learn and apply concepts to lead teams of people through changes that are meaningful to their groups.

 

The Iceberg Education Program (For All Employees)


When going through change, it is important that all employees have a fundamental understanding of The 8-Step Process for Leading Change, as well as a common language around that Process. To meet this need, we provide a train-the-trainer program for all employees based on the best-selling book Our Iceberg Is Melting.
