Calling All Change Leaders

Thanks to all for your response to our July issue announcing Kotter Academy. There is a children's book called "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie" which follows with "then he's going to ask for a glass of milk" and many more subsequent favors. You have given me a cookie with your responses to our Kotter Academy introduction, so now I do want another favor.

Kotter Academy is developing a Kotter Change Leader program and we hope to hold our inaugural program next year. We have developed some initial ideas about this program after engaging in conversation with several change leaders who are bringing the Kotter 8-Step Process for Leading Change into their organizations. Many thanks to Teddy Frank, Global Change Management Leader of Philips, William Greenwald, Director, Performance Coaching and Advisory Practice of Humana, and Joe Kessler, Head of Change and Organizational Transformation of Zurich for the time you spent with us at Kotter International this month and for your insights.

The program is intended to provide those charged with helping to make change happen in their organizations with the tools and templates that we have learned are crucial to successfully navigate The 8-Step Process for Leading Change.
