Randy Ottinger brings more than 25 years of business and leadership experience to Kotter International. Randy spent more than 20 years as a high tech executive for companies like: IBM, McCaw Cellular (Claircom), and Captaris. He also served as Senior Vice President for Bank of America. In addition, Randy is an established author as well as a legacy leadership expert. Before joining Kotter International, Randy founded LMR Advisors, which provides business and leadership advisory services to legacy business leader. He is also a co-founder of the Philanthropic Advisor Network, a national network of advisors supporting clients in the areas of philanthropy and legacy.

Randy has a B.A. from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a member of Cornell University’s Advisory Council, Young Presidents Organization, and Advisors in Philanthropy, and has served on numerous for-profit and non-profit boards.
Randy resides in Mercer Island, WA with his wife and three children.
