Pat has over 20 years of experience in the areas of leadership development. Drawing from her extensive background she has facilitated market leadership programs as well as strategy and innovation workshops for clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Abbott Laboratories, Boeing and PepsiCo. Her experience spans both Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer environments as well as a wide range of industries from retail to aerospace, medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining Kotter International, Pat worked as a consultant with StratX International specializing in action learning where participants get hands-on experience applying learning in action. There she gained critical experience in the importance of connecting learning to real decision making in the workplace. Utilizing computer-based simulations as well as project-based workshops, she facilitated and designed large-scale leadership initiatives in the areas of strategic planning, marketing, customer focus and innovation. Her engagements have spanned the globe, working in diverse international markets throughout Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Earlier in her career she worked for several well-respected industry-leading companies including Nikon Inc. and Aramark Corp. She specialized in leading sales and marketing functions within these organizations.
Pat received her MBA, graduating magna cum laude, from Babson College in the F.W. Olin School of Business in Wellesley, Massachusetts, USA. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, cum laude, from Northeastern University, in Boston, MA.
