John Patrick

John Patrick brings over 20 years of experience to his role helping large organizations accelerate strategic change and achieve tangible, sustainable results. In his career John has worked with executives of large corporations in multiple countries on strategy implementation, organizational change, leadership development, and performance improvement. 

In his seven years at Disneyland Paris, Europe’s top tourist destination, he led numerous projects to successfully open the resort, re-structure the organization for profitability, develop new products and enhance customer service. He also created Disney’s first leadership development program in Europe.

He subsequently joined PwC Consulting (now IBM Global Services) in London, where, as a Senior Manager in their Organization Change practice, he led large-scale, international transformation efforts at companies such as Bertelsmann. 

He continued his consulting career in the UK and the United States, advising companies across a range of industries. For over 8 years he has led projects, conferences and workshops for BBC senior managers to help them navigate the rapidly evolving media sector and also helped launch their popular development program for senior leaders. At BP-Castrol he advised executives on strategic initiatives to create and launch new products and services in multiple countries. John's past clients include ServiceMaster, Ericsson, GrandVision, Emap, the Post Office (UK), Terra Mítica, MusicWeek, among others.

John earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Stanford University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. Following Stanford, he was selected as a Presidential Fellow, working for two years on international policy in the U.S. Treasury Department. He is bilingual in French and English.

He and his wife live in Lexington, Massachusetts where he is an elected Town Meeting Member, and a member of the board of the Lexington Historical Society. They have one son who is currently enjoying college in California.
