PJ Chan is a Senior Engagement Leader for Kotter International. In her role, PJ works with the Kotter Team to guide clients through large-scale organizational change. She works closely with leaders in each client organization to teach them how to successfully lead change as they create internal change leadership competencies.
PJ has 20 years of professional experience, including 10 years leading Organizational Change projects while a member of Deloitte Consulting’s global Human Capital Practice. PJ has led and managed numerous large-scale national and global change initiatives. Her strengths and areas of expertise include collaboration, change leadership, training, communication, facilitation and coaching. PJ is passionate about guiding leaders successfully through personal, professional, and organization-wide transformation and is inspired by Kotter International’s vision of Millions leading… Billions benefiting. Her experience is across multiple industries including Healthcare, Professional Services, Consumer Business, Retail, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Technology, Finance, Education and Government. Some of the clients she has served include NetApp, Avon Products, Inc., Levi Strauss & Co., Clorox, ExxonMobil, Chevron Texaco, Vertex Standard, and Kaiser Permanente.
PJ holds a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Life University in Atlanta, Georgia, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts.
PJ is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Co-Active Coaching Network. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the ICF.
PJ lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband John and their Yorkie, Tigger.
