For 15 years, Justin Wasserman has worked with organizations around the world to accelerate their most critical business strategies. These strategies have ranged from driving profitable growth and post merger integration to process and product innovation, rapid prototyping, leadership development, and strategic cost cutting.
Prior to joining Kotter International, Justin was a partner with Schaffer Consulting, a boutique management consulting firm specializing in corporate and performance turnarounds in extremely compressed time frames. His clients included organizations such as Merck, ConAgra Foods, Zurich Financial Services, Citigroup, Johnson & Johnson, Cliffs Natural Resources, Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers, and Say Yes to Education.
He enjoys working with organizations to understand their unique business opportunities, then partnering with them to design approaches that will deliver breakthrough and sustainable results. During his time with Schaffer Consulting, the engagements in which Justin was involved delivered in excess of $2.25B in revenue and cost enhancements.
Prior to joining Schaffer Consulting, he worked with two additional management consulting firms,: Brecker & Merryman and The Empower Group.
On top of his client work, Justin has been a guest lecturer and speaker at Columbia University, The Milano Business School, HR People & Strategy, the Colorado Human Resource Association, and the Organizational Development Network. He’s also a frequent contributor to Forbes.com.
Justin earned his Master's degree from Columbia University in organizational psychology with an emphasis in change management. He completed his Bachelor's degree in psychology with minors in biology and chemistry from the University of San Diego. Justin and his family live in Denver, Colorado.
