Rachel Rosenfeldt has been an integral part of the Kotter International team since 2007. Her deep understanding of, and experience with, Dr. Kotter’s teachings and methodologies led to her current role in business development. Working alongside Gregg LeStage, she focuses on building relationships with existing and potential clients.
Rachel also partners with client teams, striving to accelerate their Big Opportunities and helping their people grow and develop as leaders. Her passion toward improving the way businesses operate has inspired the development of tools and foundational elements that advance and enhance the client experience, such as Kotter International’s proprietary wins tracking tool.
Before joining Kotter International, Rachel co-owned and operated a luxury event-planning business. Her broad array of skills and experiences has played a distinct role in her contributions to Kotter International.
Outside of work, Rachel is dedicated to giving back to the community. She is an Overseer on the Board of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston, and is also a member of The Vincent Club, which supports medical research in women’s health at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Rachel graduated cum laude from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, and a minor in Spanish. She has lived in London, Madrid, and New York City, but is a native New Englander who calls Boston home. She currently resides in South Boston with her husband, daughter, and Yorkipoo, Coco (who moonlights as Kotter International’s Cambridge office mascot).
